Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground hamburger lean use around 90%
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce We have a recipe on the site or coming soon for keto but you use very little so it does not have a lot of carbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 8 Ground or crumbled pork rinds crushed
  • Optional for serving:
  • 6 hamburger buns Keto Hamburger Buns can be purchased and we also have a recipe to make them
  • 6 slices cheese of your choice
  • 6 leaves lettuce
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 6 slices onion
  • 8 slices bacon
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • ketchup to taste and only sugar free we have a recipe for this
  • mustard to taste
  • mushrooms to taste I suggest sauté them first

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, use clean hands to mix the hamburger, garlic powder, onion salt, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and crushed or crumbled pork rinds together well.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 6 burger patties of equal size. Make sure you put a divot about the size of your thumb in the center of each patty; this will help prevent the meat from puffing up too much on the grill.
  • Grill or broil to desired doneness, reading 135 degrees F for medium-rare, about 4 minutes per side.
  • Add your favorite toppings and serve on a bun.

Notes

If you want bigger burgers, which I personally prefer you can make 4 instead of six
Also as an option you can put a pat of butter in the dimple on top of the burger as you cook it.
