My ex wife and I started on our journey of Keto several years ago, but never went seriously into it. Just dabbled and enjoyed, but would eat a lot of Keto, while at the same time not seriously cutting back on carbs, until we had a mess of family problems evolving from Covid. During that time I put on about 40 pounds of unwanted weight and had a health scare that turned out to be Scar tissue in my urethra from an accident when I was much younger. They took the scar tissue out, but during the problem, which had gone on for about a year I had put on all that weight (the dreaded 40 pounds). I decided to get a couple of books and get very serious about Keto, because I knew from dabbling that it would work. I lost 50 pounds in less than 4 months and decided to do a lot more research and write a book. That was a little over a year ago and I am through researching (never truly through, but now at a another stage) and am starting to write my second book, which will go far beyond just Keto. If you read my first book (Keto 2.0 by Jerome Clark) and keep coming to this website you will have a great start on the Keto lifestyle. You can then continue and expand on your knowledge as you go and create a lifestyle designed to help you lose weight, continue to control your weight and all the while build a body designed to be healthier and help you live a longer, healthier and happier life.
