KETO ROSEMARY CHEDDAR DROP BISCUITS
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese – plus extra for topping
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced fresh Rosemary
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, add everything except the butter and parsley. Mix well to combine. Place bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes to set. Remove dough from refrigerator after cooling it.
