I am eager to try this with things like bacon or cheese in it and see how that turns out. Look at all the little air bubbles in there to hold the butter. - 1 microwave safe mug
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- egg
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Add butter to a mug and microwave until melted.
- Whisk in egg, coconut flour and baking powder.
- Microwave 90 seconds. Allow to cool before slicing into two rounds.
- Assemble breakfast sandwich as desired!
