It doesn't get much easier than this.  You put it all in the mug, opop the mug in the microwave and you have a biscuit.  I am eager to try this with things like bacon or cheese in it and see how that turns out.  Look at all the little air bubbles in there to hold the butter.  Almost like nooks and crannies in an English Muffin.

  • egg
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • Add butter to a mug and microwave until melted.
  • Whisk in egg, coconut flour and baking powder.
  • Microwave 90 seconds. Allow to cool before slicing into two rounds.
  • Assemble breakfast sandwich as desired!
