CREAMY VANILLA ICE CREAM

I have several different Keto 2.0 Plus Ice Cream versions, but this is the one for putting toppings on. This ice cream is the answer for those who do not feel some of my other ice cream recipes are sweet enough. This is definitely real ice cream and extra delicious and extremely creamy. This ice cream is rich, fluffy, and ultra-creamy, It combines vanilla-infused, heavy whipped cream with coconut cream and together they create the most comforting, silky smooth ice cream you could wish for with amazing texture.
Once this treat is whipped and then folded into delightfully soft creamy peaks, it’s hard to resist just eating it as it is because it’s so appealing it’s as though we are being invited to eat it as is.
If you can resist eating it, it’s now time to freeze it for future use and it gets even better, once frozen, just keep in mind that the best part of all about this ice cream is that it is created to fit into you Keto 2.0 Plus lifestyle approach to a new you.
This amazing ice cream is totally sugar free and non fattening, which means you can eat it without any feelings of guilt or feelings of cheating because you are getting a wonderful wholesome non fattening dessert. it is actually good for you and helps control your weight, while making you feel as though you have indulged in a wonderfully sweet delight.

KETO 2.0 PLUS CREAMY VANILLA ICE CREAM
Equipment
- Mixer or Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 can unsweetened coconut milk refrigerated at least 3 hrs until solid
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Allulose Erythritol or Allulose Monk Fruit Blend can be substituted for Allulose
Instructions
- Put coconut milk in the refrigerator the night before you are going to make this ice cream
- Take your chilled milk out of the refrigerator
- Scoop the coconut cream off the top into a bowl without the liquid and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
- You then pour your heavy cream into another bowl and beat it with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Then add your sweetener and vanilla extract.
- After that you fold the whipped cream into the coconut mixture and transfer it into a container with a lid.
- Freeze for about 4 hours until the mixture turns solid.
- Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
