KETO 2.0 PLUS
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE :
I absolutely love Worcestershire Sauce and make very sure I always buy Lee and Perrins, it is however, not keto approved so here goes an attempt at rectifying that problem. Let us know how we did.

KETO WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE (DIY RECIPE)
An easy homemade sauce that tastes like store bought, but it’s made without the added sugar! That makes it a much better choice for keto and low-carb recipes!
Equipment
- Measurement Tools and a mixing container
Ingredients
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce See Note
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- 3 tablespoon water
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl.
- Whisk until sauce ingredients are well combined.
Notes
store any unused Worcestershire sauce in an airtight container in the fridge. It will keep fresh for at least a month if stored properly. Adding a label to the container with the best use date is helpful.
