Guacamole is one of my favorite treats and of course food does not come any more healthy than avocado. I personally like a mild guac, but you can spice this up and add heat to it if you choose or you can do like I do and take ALL of the heat out of it.
Twisted Guacamole
This is an entirely different twist on an old recipe. There are a million and one guacamole recipes floating around in the world, but this is one of the best ones and it's Keto 2.0 Plus friendly, while being simple, easy, fast to prepare and delicious. Good guacamole is a life changer for you health and digestion, but great guacamole can change your life and this is great guacamole.
Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados ripe
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Medium Peach Peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Pepper Jalepano seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp red onion Finely Chopped
- To Taste Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the avocados, lime juice, kosher salt, cumin, black pepper
- Mash with a fork until smooth and well combined
- Add peaches, jalapeño and red onions and gently stir to combine
- Serve with tortilla chips
