This is the beginning of good things being replaced with even better things.  Have always loved sodas, but spent many years chasing the elusive sugar free soft drink that actually tasted good.  This syrup makes that possible at home and is better than the kind you buy.  I know I tried several brands of sugar free soda and they all tasted terrible or had Aspartame in them.  Everything I can read tells me Aspartame is one of our biggest enemies and I have been drinking it for decades.  No More!

Keto Simple Syrup Recipe (1g net carbs- Monk Fruit)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 c water

Instructions
 

  • Add the monk fruit sweetener and water to a medium sized pot over medium high heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and stir continuously until the monk fruit is completely dissolved. Let the mixture completely cool before using in your keto and low carb cocktails.
