Keto Simple Syrup Recipe (1g net carbs- Monk Fruit)
Equipment
- 1 Medium Sauce Pan
- 1 Measuring Cup
- 1 Air Tight Glass Container
Ingredients
- 1 c Monk Fruit sweetener or Allulose or a mixture of the two
- 1 c water
Instructions
- Add sweetener of choice and water to a medium sized pot over medium high heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and stir continuously until the sweetener is completely dissolved. Let the mixture completely cool before using in your keto and low carb cocktails or soft drinks.
