KETO 2.0 PLUS
SELF RISING FLOUR RECIPE
FOR WHEN YOU DO NOT WANT JUST ALMOND FLOUR WITH IT’S DISTINCTIVE TASTE
There are times when you do not necessarily want the flavor of almonds in your baking. This flour is for just those times. This has a much more subtle taste to it than just plain Almond Flour, while maintaining your low carb vision and yet providing the taste of those carb filled snacks you want without the actual carbs, guilt free snacks that taste like the real thing when you want biscuits or Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns.

KETO SELF RISING FLOUR
For those of you who do not care for Almond Flour this is your substitute. When you truly want to bake keto, but you want what you're baking to rise this is your Keto 2.0 Plus Self Rising Flour recipe instead of just using Almond flour.
Equipment
- Bowls
- Measuring Equipment
- Stand Mixer
Ingredients
- 11/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 3 Cups Bamboo Fiber
- 1 Cup Egg White Protein
- 1 Tbs Xanthan Gum
- 2 Tbs ground Psyllium husk
- 3 Tbs Baking Powder
Instructions
- Grind Whole psyllium husk to half its size in volume
- using a coftee grinder
- Add 1 ingredient at a time to scale and zero scale between each measurement
- BE SURE TO MEASURE IN GRAMS NOT CUPS
- Whisk thoroughly then shake container
- Remember to shake before each use
- Store in fridge or pantry in a sealed container
Notes
Replace Bamboo fiber
with
Oat fiber 3 cups
Replace Almond flour with Pecan Flour – 1 1/2 cups or Flax Seed –  1 1/2 cups or Einkorn whole wheat 1 1/2 Cups Net Carbs- 3 (Per cup)
