Cauliflower is your friend when it comes to going Keto 2.0 Plus. Cauliflower can give you so many different flavor patterns because it can take on the flavors you want it to take on and give you the textures you're desiring while not creating a carb bomb in your life.

Air Fried Cauliflower

Yes, it’s true. You can easily air fry FROZEN cauliflower (or roast in the oven) and have a vegetable side dish SO delicious that it might just steal the show. This is hands-down one of my favorite frozen cauliflower recipes.

Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 oz 340g bag of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp 8g olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne optional

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all your spices.
  • Add the frozen cauliflower and drizzle on the olive oil.
  • Mix together with a spoon until each piece of cauliflower is well coated in oil and spices.
  • Spread out in your air fryer. If your air fryer is very small, you can do this in batches.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, and using tongs, flip each piece of cauliflower or shake the basket.
  • Air fry an additional 5-10 minutes until cauliflower is caramelized and crunchy around the edges. Serve immediately.

Notes

If you are roasting frozen cauliflower in an oven, you can roast them at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, use tongs to turn over each piece of cauliflower and then continue to roast for an additional 15 minutes. If you are cooking frozen cauliflower in an air fryer, you’ll want to preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees and air fry for 10 minutes, shake basket, or use tongs to turn over your cauliflower, and then air fry for an additional 10 minutes.
Should I thaw frozen cauliflower before cooking?
No. You do NOT need to thaw frozen cauliflower before roasting or air frying!
