This dip creates the feeling of eating a pizza, but without the crustandall the carbs that come with that crust. I think I could eat this over and over and not get tired of it. I am going to create several different variations on this theme as we go along. Different meats, different toppings such as mushrooms and a low sauce version with cream cheese and cheddar and Parmesan on top.
