Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz 16 oz/ (2 blocsk full fat cream cheese) softened
  • 1/2 cup Allulose – Monk Fruit Blend
  • 8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 6 tbsp 3 fl oz/88 ml lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the powdered sweetener and lime Juice.
  • Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.

Notes

Graham cracker note: Graham crackers usually come in sheets that can be broken into smaller individual crackers (usually 4 to a sheet). 40 crackers refers to the individual crackers. You can do just a single layer of crackers if you prefer less crust or think your crackers are thick enough.
Lime juice note: You can use fresh squeezed lime juice or store bought lime juice. If using store bought, make sure that the only ingredient is lime juice. Just because it is labeled “100% lime juice” does not necessarily mean there aren’t other ingredients in the bottle so make sure to check the nutrition label
